Tania Carregha

Tania is a qualitative researcher passionate about the role of communities in catalysing change. Her background is in social psychology and design for social innovation. Tania is Senior Research Manager at The Young Foundation, where she leads participatory action research centred on communities, and the social and environmental policies that impact them. Tania is leading The Young Foundation’s work on UPEN, focused on capabilities and infrastructure for community participation in evidence-based policymaking.
