Will Pryor

As Co-Chair of UPEN’s International Sub-Committee, Will works with other members of the Sub-Committee to strengthen engagement involving policy professionals outside the UK. They are particularly keen to hear from those at UPEN member institutions interested in joining the Sub-Committee, and from research or policy professionals interested in testing, developing, or embedding mechanisms for uptake of research evidence outside the UK.

As Head of Policy Engagement at the University of Oxford, Will leads the team responsible for development of the Oxford Policy Engagement Network (OPEN). They previously served as adviser to government departments and agencies in and outside the UK, and in a range of roles in the Organization for Security & Co-operation in Europe, as well as the International Crisis Group.
