Are you taking part in the UPEN mentoring programme, or thinking about applying in the future? Whether you’re joining as a mentor or mentee, Dr. Mark Bennister’s new mentoring resources are aimed at guiding you through this year’s UPEN mentoring programme.
Mark was a mentor in a previous UPEN cohort and was keen to support the continued development of the programme. These bespoke resources draw on his learnings and experiences as a mentor, and the value of bringing structure and collaboration into mentoring partnerships.
