Joint Head of Communications and Impact

As Joint Head of Communications and Impact at UPEN, Lindsay looks after UPEN’s external communications, including the website, newsletter, LinkedIn presence, brand and media relations. If you have a good news story you think UPEN should share, please get in touch with Lindsay. 

Before joining UPEN, Lindsay managed communications for global non-profits focused on improving human and labour rights conditions in supply chains (including Cascale, Better Buying Institute and Ethical Trading Initiative) and also worked extensively in research communications within the university sector, with positions with UCL, The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and the UK Energy Research Centre (Imperial College) where she was Head of Policy and Communications. She holds a BA (Hons) in English and Drama from the University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications Management from London Metropolitan University. When not at work, you can find her tinkering with her campervan, walking her dog, and trying to fit in time to go on cycle rides and runs.
