Rosie Havers

Rosie is working with others in UPEN to establish a community of practice on knowledge mobilisation approaches and impacts. 

She is a Research Associate at Wales Centre for Public Policy, where she works on a range of projects aimed at better understanding how evidence relevant to policy and practice contexts is brought together to influence decision-making.
